1-year limited warranty: We cover manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for one year from delivery. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, customer-caused damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by failure to follow the product manual.
30-day returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned complete, clean and in resalable condition with the original packaging and included accessories. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for customer-caused damage, misuse, accidental damage, altered products or normal wear. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except where the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refund timing: After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 2–5 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Free shipping: Orders ship free. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours. Estimated delivery is 7–12 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
